About the Role

We are looking for an Odoo Functional Consultant to join our team on-site in Gulberg, Lahore. This role owns the full client engagement lifecycle — from pre-sales and solution estimation through requirements gathering, solution architecture, implementation, go-live support, and long-term client adoption. You'll work across business development, functional consulting, and post-implementation support, helping translate client business needs into effective Odoo-based ERP solutions while also contributing to the growth of our consulting practice through proposals, estimations, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct post-sale business process analysis, gathering and documenting client requirements
• Perform fit-gap analysis and translate business processes into functional specifications, mapping as-is and to-be workflows
• Architect and design functional solutions across Odoo modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing, HR, etc.), determining standard configuration vs. custom development needs
• Lead and manage end-to-end implementation, including configuration, testing coordination, and go-live support
• Deliver end-user training and prepare functional/process documentation
• Manage post-implementation support, including ticket triage, functional troubleshooting, and coordination with the technical team for fixes
• Drive user adoption and maintain strong, ongoing client relationships post go-live
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
• Contribute to or lead engagements involving AI-integrated ERP features (automation, predictive analytics, AI-assisted workflows) where applicable
• Support business development activities including marketing, sales engagement, and client outreach
• Participate in pre-sales activities such as client discovery calls, product demonstrations, and solution walkthroughs
• Prepare cost estimations, proposals, and statements of work (SOWs) for prospective clients

Requirements

• Minimum ~2 years of experience in Odoo functional consultancy
• Strong understanding of core ERP business processes (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, or similar)
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Ability to write clear functional documentation, estimations, and proposals
• Comfortable working on-site in Gulberg, Lahore

Nice to Have

• Demonstrated ability to learn new tools/systems quickly — candidates with strong learning agility and experience in other ERPs (SAP, Dynamics, NetSuite, etc.) will also be considered
• Experience delivering AI-integrated ERP solutions or AI-driven solution development
• Prior exposure to business development, sales, or pre-sales activities
